First Haircut

Today Maddie got her first haircut. And to be honest, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be. Actually it wasn’t bad at all. She got it “trimmed” in about three places. And, Maddie was pretty concerned with getting a Hershey kiss from the snowman jar to even really notice that she was getting her hair cut. I have no “after” picture because, again, once she was done she was out of that chair diving for some chocolate! Oh, and I totally have a Ziploc bag with the little snippet of hair for her baby book.


All done!! Maddie says her hair feels “so light,” which is impressive since she had about a 1/2 inch cut off.
